They marked the site of her surgery for the doctor to sign off on. So they didn’t get her confused with other patients there for–say, breast augmentation.
Just home from a long day at the hospital. Liz is sleeping off what we’ve been told was a successful surgery to repair her deviated septum, reduce her swollen turbinates and repair/reconstruct her sinuses. She did well, but had some excessive nose bleeding before being released to come home. A bit disoriented, but that’s to be expected. And she’ll be out of commission for a few days.
Thanks for all of the well wishes, thoughts and prayers.
I hope you feel better, Liz. I think you’ll really enjoy breathing properly and sleeping! At least most people I know do! Love you!
Logan, I know you already do but, take good care of our missing chick.
