loganandliz.com: the mishaps of the mr. and mrs.

Proof that advertising–the world of the acronym–is rubbing off on me.

This week has been TMTH (Thanks, Danny Noriega). I’ve been pulling some major OT for some client work for Q1 FY09. I’m also a bit PO’d because I’ve been on the WWW researching a typical career path for someone that’s working towards PMP certification. Basically, my B.A. from MSJ just isn’t going to cut it for when it’s time to head to the next rung on the corporate ladder. I’ll need to get my M.B.A. to even be an ABM somewhere like P&G. That’s a bunch of BS. I’m going to have to go somewhere like UIC that has programs that revolve around work life. The bad thing is that I’ll have to fill out the FAFSA. And I won’t get any PELL grants or anything; mostly have to take out more loans. Because I don’t already owe AES enough. The good thing, though, is that LB will foot a fair amount of the bill, which means less OOP costs for me.

Now about those TPS reports…

One Response to “Acronymically Speaking”

Haha. Try working in the biotech industry. All the words are so long that you just talk in acronymic code all day.

Something to say?
