Liz has a real knack for interior design. Whether she’ll admit it or not. With the new apartment, we’ve had to basically start over on furnishings because of the different look and feel of the apartment (the other place was very industrial chic). This has resulted in many painful trips to Ikea, among other places.
For Christmas, we actually got this four-shelf A-frame bookcase that we really wanted for our spirits and bar ware. Liz’s mom had to ship it to us in Chicago because of the limited accommodations that the Civic provides. It arrived this morning. We took down the Christmas tree to make room for this final furniture addition. After I vacuumed the faux pine needles and picked up Tito’s presents that he had left under the tree, Liz looked at me and said–and I quote “Are you ready to put together the etagere?”
Etagere? Who actually says that?

How Liz-like! HGTV all the way! Where will Tito leave his presents now? Logan, thanks for getting back to the frequent posting. It’s most disappointing to check and there’s nothing new. Miss you guys.
