For a while now, Liz and I have felt really guilty leaving the house for the day and leaving the Yiddle Boy (Tito) all by his lonesome. We’ve gone back and forth about whether or not we should get him a playmate. While it’d be good that he’d not spend the days in solitude, it’s essentially double the cost, double the mess, double the barking, and quite frankly, we’ve not been certain that Tito would welcome the new addition.
Today, we made our decision. The promises of potty trained, polite, and prim and proper won us over. Today, we welcome a new addition to our family: LaToya. She’s a bit smaller than Tito, even from day one. She’s potty trained. She’s polite. She doesn’t bite. Basically, she’s all you could ever ask for–the perfect pet. She’s basically so good that we’ve considered keeping her and letting our parents share custody of him.
The problem is that Presidential Towers doesn’t allow pets. So, getting creative, Liz plopped her in the Mary Poppins purse, and she didn’t make a peep until we were in the privacy of our penthouse studio.
Here’s LaToya’s first pic…

What, you actually thought we were serious? You can’t replace the Yiddle Boy. But we’re sure he’ll enjoy this little Chi from the Old Navy Pet Section.
Hey Guys,
Congrats on the new place and the reuinion of Tito with the parents! Miss you!
